The Share Class is a share class of a Fund which aims to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund's assets, which reflects the return of the MSCI USA ESG Enhanced Focus CTB Index, the Funds benchmark index. The Share Class also aims to reduce the impact of exchange rate fluctuations between the Fund's underlying portfolio currencies and Euro on your returns. The Share Class, via the Fund, is passively managed, and aims to invest in equity securities that, so far as possible and practicable, that make up the Index, combined with foreign currency contracts for currency hedging.
