The Fund employs a passive management approach, through physical acquisition of securities, and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE All-World High Dividend Yield Index. The Index is composed of large- and mid-sized stocks in Developed and Emerging Markets that pay dividends that are generally higher than average, excluding real estate investment trusts. The Fund seeks to track the Index by investing in a representative sample of its constituent securities and may use derivatives to reduce risk, lower costs, and/or generate additional income or growth. The Fund’s currency is USD, while its accumulating shares reinvest income in the ETF.

Fond püüab jälgida FTSE All-World High Dividend Yield Indexi (edaspidi "indeks") tootlust. Indeks koosneb arenenud ja arenevate turgude suurtest ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtete aktsiatest, välja arvatud kinnisvarafondid, mis maksavad üldjuhul keskmisest kõrgemaid dividende. Fond püüab jälgida indeksi tootlust, investeerides representatiivsesse valimisse indeksisse kuuluvatest väärtpaberitest, ning jääb täielikult investeerima, välja arvatud erakorralistes turu-, poliitilistes või muudes sarnastes tingimustes.
