Treasury 0.625% 31/07/2035 is a conventional UK government bond (gilt) issued by HM Treasury via the UK Debt Management Office. It pays a fixed annual coupon of 0.625% of nominal value, paid in semi-annual instalments on 31 January and 31 July each year. The gilt was first issued on 9 September 2020 and will be repaid at par (100% of nominal) on its maturity date of 31 July 2035. As a direct obligation of the UK government, it is regarded as one of the lowest-risk sterling fixed-income investments.
