Ce fonds a pour objectif de reproduire l'indice FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe ex UK Dividend+, qui couvre les sociétés immobilières cotées et les fonds d'investissement immobilier (REITS) des pays européens développés, à l'exclusion du Royaume-Uni, dont le rendement en dividendes prévu sur un an est supérieur ou égal à 2 %.
